Tim Pieri

For the first few months, Tim will be doing most of the cooking at the Cottleville location. He is confident that the South County location will be in good hands while he focuses on both hiring and onboarding the Liliana’s Cottleville kitchen team and getting them up to speed on his award winning, trademark St. Louis–style pizza.

Curtis Henderson

Compared to the South County location, the bar program will see the biggest changes. Curtis will draw on his 35+ years of knowledge and expertise as he builds an extensive list of older reserved wines and creates an all new cocktail menu alongside the list of beers currently served at the South County location.

Shawn Raphael

Shawn will be focusing on front of house service and building lasting relationships with area customers and businesses about the Cottleville establishment and brand. He will help drive the two available banquet rooms at Lilianas’s Italian Kitchen in Cottleville: one seats up to 60 and the other up to 25.
